Phoned at 8.15am, receptionist was very helpful, Waseem, arrived at 12.15, quickly identified the offending pipe and replaced. Gave helpful information about to do if we experienced other emergencies and assured us that we should have no further problems with the header tank
Very happy and satisfied with the job Curtis completed. This was to remove silicone and reseal shower tray following a leak coming through the ceiling in the hallway. Curtis is an extremely competent, conscientious and affable individual. His work was of the highest quality, and he can be relied upon to complete the job on time and within budget. I would not hesitate to employ his services again.
Have used this company 3 times fisrt to fix a leaky loo, then to replace a hall radiator and last week to fit shower taps. 100% reliable and our fitter Curtis was very proffesional and respectful.
Prompt and efficient service. The guy turned up early and completed tbe job without any issues. The charges were reasonable. The guy was friendly and so all in all I was pleased with the service and actually asked them to look at doing more work for me in the near future.
Amazing service received from Waseem. I Contacted the company to repair my boiler which had failed with a leak from the boiler and no hot water at the taps. Waseem diagnosed the fault on his initial visit and ordered the parts and came back to replace the parts as soon as they came. I found him to be very honest, knowledgeable and organised throughout the process. He kept well informed of eta's and kept me updated at all times. The repairs were executed to an exceptional standard. Definitely will be using him now for any gas or plumbing issues. Keep up the great work.
Waseem did a great job correctly diagnosing that our central heating system had a leak in it somewhere, causing the boiler to turn off. He added a leak sealant into the system and, four months later, we have had no further problems. He communicated with me really well, too, explaining the problem and further remedial steps, which I’m pleased to say weren’t necessary. Leaving this review sometime after the job because now I am sure it is really fixed. Thank you, Waseem!
I had Curtis come down to have a look at a potential leak from my bathroom as it was coming through to my living room ceiling. Curtis was a very friendly and knowledgeable and ruled out everything that it could possibly be efficiently and managed to find what the potential cause was. Didn’t waste any time and made sure he left the place clean aswell showing his professionalism and making sure that I was happy with the job. Definitely would be asking for him again if I ever needed a plumber 👍
