Excellent all round customer service. My 16 year old boiler started leaking on a Friday. Luckily the weather was good so I didn’t need the heating and I could use the emersion heater for hot water. I rang Mark who talked me through my options. Basically it wasn’t worth repairing the old boiler. Mark#2 arrived the following Monday and installed the new boiler, cleared up after himself and explained how to use the Hive controller. That was a couple of weeks ago and it’s been working fine. I will be using them again in future.

I contacted Mark about a water pressure issue after anumber of plumbers had either ignored my message or had said they couldn't help. He turned up when he said he would and was friendly and helpful when he arrived.

Leicester boilers removed my 30 year old, worn out boiler and radiators, and installed a new Ideal combi boiler and new radiators. The installation was quick and efficient, and the boiler has been faultless in the 10 months since it was installed. Excellent work all round.

Great friendly service from Mark @ Affordable Boiler Fix aka Leicester Boilers 24/7. Had a central heating boiler loosing pressure and not working (no hot water either!). Contacted Mark and he was able to fit me in the same day! Fault identified and repaired during visit...hopefully all good now. Would recommend and will use again if I need a central heating engineer.

Called Mark today as my boiler was running at very high pressure and he arrived after around 30-40 minutes . He sorted the boiler at a very reasonable price and also sorted a couple radiators that haven't worked in years. Would highly recommend him.
