I was really impressed with the service from Leicester plumbing solutions. The work was completed to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Professional reliable and great value for money. Happily recommend Leicester plumbing solutions to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumbing and heating service.

Jay was excellent prior to and throughout the process of changing our tap for the bathroom sink. Whilst a relatively small job, he communicated throughout which is rare nowadays but ever so important. Little things like checking in when we're available rather than just turning up, regular updates to manage our time and also checking in on the day before arriving that we're still available. As for the job itself, he was very knowledgeable, patient and cleaned up after too which again is not something everyone does. Overall, a breath of freshair to have experienced a tradesman like Jay. Do not hesitate to get in touch with him.

We used LPS as they were recommended to us. We were not disappointed, we were kept up to date with arrival of parts and booked in for the job. On the day, Jay was friendly, polite and did the job really well. The work was done really well and the area kept clean and tidy. We felt the price was very reasonable and honest - would definitely use again.

I recently experienced a collapsed drain at my property and contacted Leicester Plumbing Solutions for a quote. They sent a man named Imran, who told me he actually worked for a company called Watertech Heating Ltd. Imran inspected the pipe and quoted Β£400 to excavate the ground, repair the collapsed rest bend, remove all sewage waste, and guarantee the work. I specifically stated that I wanted to pay by card, and he confirmed that was fine. The work was scheduled for the following day. The next morning, a man named Kyle arrived saying Imran had sent him. He informed me he was an apprentice and that Imran would not be attending. I therefore had to supervise the work myself. During excavation, Kyle used a jackhammer to remove the damaged rest bend and in the process damaged a T joint that had not previously been broken. I had taken photographs beforehand showing it intact. I then received a call from Imran saying I would need to pay an additional Β£100. After I sent him the photos proving the joint was undamaged before the work began, he withdrew that charge. While removing the T joint, Kyle then broke the elbow joint connecting to the gully. I received another call from Imran stating I would now need to pay an extra Β£300 to replace the gully. After disputing this and explaining that the damage was caused during the work, he reduced the additional charge to Β£150. I felt pressured into agreeing as the job was already underway. The work was not completed that day and Kyle returned two days later to finish it. Upon completion, I was asked for Β£550 in cash. When I called Imran to request a receipt, I was told that if I wanted one, I would need to pay 20% extra. He stated that the original quote was a β€œcash price,” despite previously agreeing to card payment. I reluctantly paid in cash to avoid further dispute. Before paying, I noticed rubbish bags left on my driveway. I reminded Kyle that Imran had assured me all waste would be removed. I was then told that waste removal was not included and would cost an additional Β£80. After further discussion, I was told the rubbish would be collected the next day if I paid in full immediately. Trusting this, I made the payment. No one returned to remove the waste. When I attempted to contact Imran and Kyle, I discovered they had both blocked my number. I had to arrange and pay for waste removal myself. Weeks later, I discovered that when the rainwater downpipe was reconnected to the gully, it had been installed in a way that obstructs my gate from opening. I am now left with a gate that cannot be used. When I contacted Jay from Leicester Plumbing Solutions, he stated that although I had approached his company, he had passed the work to someone else and accepted no responsibility. I have CCTV footage showing full payment of Β£550 in cash, despite Imran later falsely claiming I had not paid in full. To summarise: * Additional charges were repeatedly introduced after work began. * Payment terms were changed from card to cash. * A receipt was refused unless extra was paid. * Agreed waste removal did not happen. * I was blocked after payment. * The final workmanship has left my property with a non-functioning gate. * The company I initially contacted has refused to take responsibility. This experience has been stressful, costly, and deeply disappointing. I am sharing this so others can make an informed decision before engaging with Leicester Plumbing Solutions or Imran from Watertech Heating Ltd.
