He installed my underfloor heating system to the highest standard, and the quality of his work exceeded all my expectations. John was professional, reliable, and incredibly knowledgeable. What impressed me the most was his patience and willingness to answer every single question I had. No matter how many questions I asked, he always took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I fully understood the process. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes such pride in their work. If you're looking for someone to install underfloor heating, John is the person to call. John, Ritchie and Andy were fantastic throughout the whole journey. From the first point of organising the comprehensive survey, John spent a significant amount of time understanding my homes needs. The installation was booked for two weeks following us agreeing a design. The installation process itself was really impressive. The quality of the work completed by the team was fantastic, with details regularly checked regularly routing of pipes and installation of radiators, and advice given re most effective solution. The heat pump system is working really well - we are delighted. I would highly recommend John and the team from Liverpool heating.
Thank you so much to John and his team!! I needed a full new heating system in the house I’d bought, with the old boiler and water tanks requiring removal and all new pipes fitted. Within a day the old equipment was out the house, and the new all fitted in place. And John even helped with ripping out the old bathroom - truly above and beyond service which I am super grateful for! As the house was going through a full renovation it was a little bit until the radiators could all be fitted but this wasn’t an issue and John was very accommodating. Honestly couldn’t recommend enough, outstanding service, so friendly and the highest quality of work delivered. Never thought I’d be so excited about a boiler and radiators but I really am!! Thank you so so much John and the team - superstars !
Very happy with the service we received. John fitted a new electric boiler for us, his prices were very reasonable, he is professional and provided us with different boiler options and quotes with a full price breakdown and kept us informed throughout the process. I would recommend John to anyone for their boiler needs!

John came promptly to quote for a boiler replacement. We were quite anxious as my partner is due to give birth any day now and we really needed hot water and reliable heating for the homebirth. John went out of his way to fit the boiler at very short notice, which is immensely appreciated. He is friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The boiler installation is to a very high quality. I had also later messaged him about a minor unrelated issue with my stop tap and, instead of charging for a callout, he helped me quickly fix the issue on my own. I would highly recommend Liverpool Heating!
