Just moved into a property in the Salford Quays area and found out pretty quickly there was no hot water, which isn't ideal when you're trying to settle into a new place! Terence came out within a day of calling which I was really happy with. Turns out the problem was a seized mains isolation valve. It was sorted out no fuss and the hot water cylinder was serviced and checked over at the same time which was great to know. I was kept in the loop the whole way through which I really appreciated. The work itself was done to a really high standard and everything was left neat and tidy afterwards. Honestly can't recommend enough. Five stars from me!
