Mayfair Plumbers

From the point of contact with the office, to the completion of the work carried out, we were very impressed by the polite, professional, level of support and high standards we received. The plumber, Wayne, communicated his estimated time of arrival and thoroughly investigated the problem we had sought help for. We had thought that we might "have a go" ourselves but are so pleased that we did not. It was far more complicated than we thought. Wayne explained every process step by step and we were given the opportunity to discuss the problem and ask questions. All costings and work was agreed before proceeding. Wayne worked methodically and the bathroom was left clean and tidy. Payment was made once the work was completed. We were delighted that he had been allocated the call out and so much so that we discussed another issue external to the property and have already booked for him to return to carry out this work! With many thanks.

Really happy with Charlie’s work - he was professional and knew exactly what we needed, and his cheerful and friendly manner made the service even better!

Really happy with the service from Mayfair Plumbers. Jack fitted our air conditioning and was brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, turned up on time and did a really neat job. He kept everything clean and tidy, explained how to use the system before he left, and made the whole process stress-free. The air conditioning works perfectly and we’re so pleased with the finished result. We’d definitely recommend Mayfair Plumbers and especially Jack if you’re thinking about having air conditioning installed. Thanks again!
