Had a great experience professionally team and David has so much knowledge

My landlord always sends Midland Boilercare to our flat and they have always been so helpful. More recently we had a visit from David who not only knew his stuff, but was also very friendly. We had a nice chat as he was fixing our boiler and he had a wealth of technical knowledge to share. The lads are always very respectful of the property too which is not something I see a lot.

I found Midland after a previous company visited 5 times and left my boilermate and heating completely ruined. Midland sorted it out quickly and professionally and even gave me the opportunity to go back to the original people and tell them what to do. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them highly.

Fantastic service from start to finish! We needed an urgent appointment for my parents who had moved house but the boiler/heating wasn’t working. They visited the following day and resolved the issue! Would highly recommend!

The problem with my Boilermate 2000 was diagnosed and fully explained very quickly. The repairs were carried out immediately. This could not have been a better or more efficient service. Highly recommended.

Tracey on the phones (I hope I've got her name right) is really honest, polite and helpful. David is fantastic in taking the time to explain things, problem solve and reassure us with regards to the work we have had done- a boiler replacement.
