Got new combi boiler installed today. Tommy did a great job. Came on time at 9am ,worked non stop and was finished by 3pm. Even cleaned up afterwards and took time to explain how to work my new boiler. Stephen who came to give me a quote ( price very reasonable) and Amy in the office were also amazing. I was very anxious beforehand and Amy was always on the end of the phone to answer my silly questions. Such a lovely, kind team of people. So far no issues. Highly recommend.
We found the service to be friendly and efficient. On the day of our enquiry Darcy the surveyor attended promptly as arranged, she was knowledgeable and informative. There was no 'hard sell' and we were impressed by the various quotes provided by her. After some consideration we decided to proceed and the company, as earlier indicated, was able to undertake the work the following day. Again, the workmen attended promptly. Completed the work with the minimum of fuss. They were happy to spend as much time as we required to explain the workings of the newly installed boiler in concise and readily understandable terms. All in all we were delighted with the whole process and are more than happy to recommend Origin - Gas, Plumbing And Heating, Glasgow.
I had a new full cental heating system installed today and the service was first class. Great team of very hard working and pleasant lads. They never stopped from 8.00 to 16.30, and i am very pleased with the job they did.
Amazing service. New boiler installed literally within 24 hrs of first contact. We've been getting messed around by another company for 3 weeks when they finally told us they could not repair our boiler and someone would be in touch within 7 days to arrange for a quote for a new one so we were not hanging around waiting for them with an 82 year old mum who has Alzheimer's and she was freezing so Origin got us sorted in jig time. Very friendly crew all round. Even gave us a lesson in how to use our new smart hub. So now the house is toasty warm and I can't wait to have a HOT shower tonight.
We’ve had a great experience with Origin, their service is so quick and organised and Amy at the office is a pleasure to deal with. We’ve had a opportunity to meet the owner Stephen who came round to price and access the job ( we’ve been told it’s going to be a big pain by other companies due to double flue outdated system) he seen no problem with that and reassured us and price matched to the other company. Couldn’t fault them, a really smooth and easy service. Boys who replaced the boiler done a great job so thank you for everything
