4.9 / 5 · 422 totalI had a big leak in the house and called for help. Ryan came and immediately identified the water source. It was the hot water pipe which burst and flooded the house. As the water tank is in the plant room, he couldn't stop the water. So he managed to get in touch with Seven Trent Water and The Fire Brigade to help us opening the door from the plant room and stop the water. Ryan helped us to clean the mess and stayed until he was sure that the water fully stopped. Without Ryan the electrics would have been totally damaged as they are a few inches close to the damaged pipe. I only can say a big thank you.
Pipe Guys did a great job. Re located my washing machine and installed a new dishwater. Simeon and Keith were friendly and efficient. Very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them.
Fantastic experience with an emergency call out. A very stressed Friday night with water flooding from pipework. Ryan and Simeon kept me informed of arrival time, were courteous and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Super friendly and their humour helped a stressful situation become much easier. Lots of useful advice also provided. Thoroughly recommend and would certainly use again.

Fast service they come out next day, didn’t have a outdoor tap but fitted with not even an hour, very respectful especially with working around the children, great price also, very happy and pleased with the work will definitely come again when needed.Even connected hose up for children’s inflatable assault course,kids wouldn’t be able to enjoy the pool if it wasn’t for pipe guys, BIG THANKYOU
I contacted Pipeguys about my taps in my kitchen being changed as they were leaking, The engineer Russell came out and replaced them with some I had bought prior. All in all took around 20-30minutes to assess the situation remove and replace old taps. Incredibly quick and incredibly polite, clean and excellent manners. He also made sure he made no mess by using a flexible bucket and replaced all of my belongings back to where they came from. Definitely recommend and will be calling again to do my garden taps.
