The company has over 45 years of experience and serves Cardiff and South Wales, including the Cardiff and Newport area. Additional services include plastering, tiling, electrical work, and all fixtures and fittings.

The company provides gas boiler servicing, gas combination boiler repairs, central heating pumps, hot water heaters, immersion heaters, ball valves, radiators, TRVs, taps, toilets, sinks, washing machines, showers, water tanks, unvented hot water systems, oil boiler installation, oil boiler servicing, gas services, and landlord services. It offers senior citizens discounts, free quotations, and all work is guaranteed. A 1-hour service is provided where possible.

Homeowners in Cardiff dealing with urgent leaks and routine heating faults have turned to this firm again and again, and the feedback gathered is notably positive. Haydn features in almost every account, credited with reaching properties fast, frequently inside an hour, whether the call concerns a burst pipe, a dripping tap or a heating system that refuses to fire. His calm, friendly manner is a point that comes up often, especially when a household is without warmth or water late in the day.

Customers writing about their orders describe accurate fault-finding on boilers, with manufacturer appointments booked on their behalf to speed the repair along. The jobs themselves range from replacing toilet fill valves and repairing radiator leaks to full heating work, and reviewers note that quoted sums were reduced when tasks took less time than expected. A candid, uncomplicated way of working is highlighted, including the prompt return of an accidental overpayment. Extra guidance on unrelated household tasks is mentioned as a welcome surprise, and the same people say they would make contact again for plumbing, heating or gas work.
