Tailored Heat - Boiler Installations Plymouth

Had a new boiler and shower installed. Very professional, polite and helpful staff.

I had a boiler service. They answered my phone call promptly and booked me in at a convenient time and day. The engineer arrived within the time slot given. He was thorough, professional, polite and emailed a service report. I would highly recommend them.

I can only give one star as they requested pictures of radiators that require replacing but have not responded to subsequent emails. Why do traders do this. If you do not want the job, just say so.

Can’t fault the excellent service received from Lawrence and the team,I rang around making general enquiries and had five separate quotes,Lawrence visited my property and explained the process of replacing my 25 year old boiler and the options of boilers available along with pricing. The other firms contacted were no where near as polite and professional, one company rang me back with a date they would attend to do the work, when I informed them I hadn’t decided who to go with yet he became quite aggressive on the phone for wasting his time!!!! Tailored heat completed the installation a week later , it took the best part of the day but considering the work involved and end result it was well worth it.I now have an extremely efficient state of the art boiler with the added benefit of remote programming via the Hive app, Thankyou Lawrence and team, Highly Recommended.

Just had a new combi boiler installed by Tailored Heat. Fantastic service right from the initial visit to provide a quote, when Lawrence talked through our options and exactly what work would need tobe done. Ryan, who did most of the work, was very diligent and just got on with it all without any fuss. Very professional from start to finish, I can highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Would like to say a massive thankyou to Lawrence and Ryan for our amazing new bathroom and en-suit. From start to finish we were impressed by their workmanship and attention to detail with nothing to much trouble and always polite, tidy and able to answer any questions we had. Would absolutely recommend Tailored Heat for all their services as they also previously installed our new boiler and radiators.

Super quick service and very professional. Very pleased with the service from start to finish and great after service with follow up call to ensure everything is as it should be. They left the property so tidy you wouldn't have realised they had been there apart from my brand new boiler. I would most certainly recommend these guys.
