Excellent service. Steve professionally serviced the boiler and carried out the gas safety check, issuing the certificate. He answered every question—and I asked plenty—and explained everything clearly. He is very polite, professional, and communicative. I highly recommend him.

I initially contacted this company because they were local to me. However my quote was provided promptly and made my other quotes redundant. Boiler replaced in a timely fashion with no mess. All in all a great experience, well done.

Had a boiler service done and the old copper pipe broke (no fault of Stephens), Stephen patched it up for us so we could still use it. Stephen then came back multiple times to get it fixed and really did go above and beyond to help us. He answered all of our questions and has great pricing.
