Thorough investigation prior to recommending remedial action, very good to communicate both investigate & remediate. These guys love their job and take pride in solving complex problems.
Used West London Drainage for a few years now maintaining the drains on a 4-storey victorian building. A 5 star service at competitive rates. Always quick to attend. Highly Recommend.
Perfect job. Aaron was punctual, sorted out my drain problem straight away, explaining e everything. He is very experienced and highly recommended.
Aaron has done a great job getting my drain unblocked and surveyed pre house purchase. He was very responsive, fair and upfront about costs. I'm glad I found West London Drainage and would certainly recommend them to others. Thanks
Very pleased with Aaron’s approach to this large project. He worked long hours to keep the project up to speed and moving forward at pace. Completed on schedule. Excellent communication at all times. Clearly very skilled and experienced. Would certainly recommend this company. I hope to have trouble free drains now for many years to come. Price was great too. Sub contractors and rubbish clearance all well organised. Definitely FIVE star service.
Aaron did a great job for us on one of our projects where we had a drain that had collapsed. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again in the future.
I don’t usually get excited about drains… but here we are. We had a completely blocked drain (and I mean right up to the top), so I called West London Drainage Ltd in a mild state of panic. To their credit, they pretty much dropped everything and were on site in no time. Within an hour, the issue was fully resolved — and not only that, they managed to free a rogue piece of concrete that must have been lurking in there for years like some kind of underground villain. Utterly fantastic service for what is, let’s be honest, a very dirty job. Professional, efficient, and oddly satisfying to watch. Highly recommend — hopefully I won’t need them again anytime soon, but I wouldn’t hesitate if I did!
