From there I got helpful, no nonsense advice from the engineer and a new boiler was fitted in no time. On the day, the engineer was professional and got everything done really quickly, cleaned up after himself and explained how to use everything. Would definitely use them again without hesitation!
Such a great team of engineers! So grateful to them for their help trying to find a fix for our ancient boiler, then fitting a replacement when we were ready (Which wasn’t a straightforward task at all!). They have answered our endless questions without making us feel silly, and have been quick to respond to any issues we’ve had. Thank you to Andrew, Jon, and Fernando!
Easy to book with Andrew. Text sent with details of Engineer, ETA given and realised. Leon our engineer from WLGHE is excellent. Yesterday Leon and Andrew from West London Gas sorted repair of my Baxi Ideal gas boiler with a new expansion tank, excellent service well done! Andrew in office offered great advice and ordering of parts, Leon fitted it, all worked well ... very highly recommended!
