Blocked Drains London - BDS Drainage

BDS Drainage is a drainage specialist operating in London, Essex, Kent and Surrey. It serves domestic and commercial customers and has decades of experience in emergency drain unblocking. The company provides drain unblocking, drain clearance, drain relining, and CCTV drain surveys. It uses no-dig technology for drain diagnosis and provides CCTV drain surveys on every job.

Its engineers are CRB checked, and the company is Council and Health Authority checked and DBS checked. A 100 day written guarantee covers all drainage work, and materials are covered by manufacturers warranties. Commercial drain cleaning services cover restaurants, hotels, schools, pubs, industrial buildings, community centres, and cinemas. Free no-obligation quotes are offered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There is no call-out charge and no extra weekend charges.

Prompt and clear communication is the theme that runs through the feedback for this London drainage specialist, with reviewers describing a quick response at all hours, from blocked kitchen sinks and backed-up dishwashers to flooded yards behind restaurant premises. Several customers mention same-day or next-day attendance, including one whose outside drain was cleared within two hours so trading could continue. CCTV drain surveys and septic tank inspections appear among the work carried out, and the reports that followed are repeatedly described as detailed and produced quickly.

Reviewers name Bethanie in the office, praised for arranging urgent bookings efficiently, and Scott, an inspector who arrived on time and talked through each stage of the process. A theme running through the feedback is the transparency around costs, with call-out fees and further work explained beforehand and no extra charges added at the end. Tidiness is noted too, engineers leaving the work area clean, while the advice given on household drainage problems is called sound and honest. The team is described as friendly and reliable throughout, liaising with tenants and the council where access had to be arranged, and clearing pipework with speed and precision.
