Phoned for an urgent repair, took postcode and house no. Said he had someone available, waited and waited, no one appeared shouldn't be getting people's hopes up and not appear. Tried calling them back they cut me off !!!!!
It cost me £120 just to make a same day call ... that is a total rip off .... the actual plumber called within a reasonable time and was great ... got on with job and I paid him £150 which i don't mind ... but that £120 phone call for nothing has pissed me off ... probably won't use this firm again ...I'll probably get a reply like "that's the going rate" ... no it's not it's a bloody rip off payment
Quoted 199 plus parts. Plumber arrived and straight away checked if we knew it was 399 minimum. We did not! Called company back who said they had told me that on the phone and were very rude. I disagreed and said they had only advised the initial amount. This company only finds local plumbers and are not an actual plumbing company. The plumber said it was not the first time this has happened where he has had to explain this to a customer and said he will be calling to stop working with them.
Plumber didn't show up for an emergency despite promising.
