Ryan went completely above and beyond what was expected. Throughout the job, he explained each stage of the process clearly and took the time to show us how the new boiler worked, optimized the settings for maximum efficiency, and even helped to register the warranty. He was extremely professional and clearly knows his trade inside and out. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on his expertise in the future and highly recommend DC Heating and Plumbing
Ryan was lovely, happy to have back for other jobs in the future. It was just disconnecting a gas cooker and capping it off, Ryan took the time to explain what he'd done (testing for leaks etc). Was friendly and professional, would recommend
This company has been brilliant! I had arranged for a electrician to work on Thursday and DC heating to come Friday only for the electrician to not return the keys! I truly thought I would have to wait 2 weeks before the next chance but the technician was able to return the same day and complete the work despite the inconvenience and error caused by another party! Well please with their work!

COMPLETE SHOWER ROOM REPLACEMENT After a disastrous water leak my shower room was wrecked. DC Heating (recommended by a neighbor) helped from the start whilst going through the laborious frustrating insurance claim process. Their work throughout was top quality. Discussing all relevant issues with me and always “cleaning as they go”. The key to a successful project is both the skills of the men working and appropriate timing of all trades involved. This was managed exceptionally well with no waiting for deliveries or the electrician, joiner or tiler to turn up. The work was completed on time and to the highest quality. I would have no problem in recommending them to anyone requiring a new bathroom or shower room. The photos speak for themselves.
DC plumbing came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. Diagnosed the problem that other plumbers just patched over for years, and within a week of enquiry had provided a reasonable quote and fixed it, including external pipe-work that was handled very efficiently. Everyone super friendly, professional and hard-working, great communication and problem-solving throughout, and a neat finish. Absolutely recommend.
