They came out when they said they would, worked efficiently and they were knowledgeable about our air source heat pump and explained how to actually used it which is a lot more than the company that installed it did! I'll definitely use JD Plumbing and Heating again. Great value, professional and friendly

Received an email from JD Plumbing advising that it was twelve months since our previous boiler service. An easy email and text exchange had an appointment to fit around work shifts and as always the engineer turned up promptly and completed the work without any fuss. He gave us flyer about JD's Boiler Cover Plan which for piece of mind we signed straight up for! A trusted and professional local Manchester company. Highly recommended thank you!
The service from start to end was excellent. The bathroom was measured remotely, options were provided via Whatsapp making it easy to approve and comment and the actual job was done well, and whilst it went slightly over the estimated time, it was done extremely well. Replacing a free standing bath with a shower and all the fittings, the tiling, excellent quality. And all the rubbish was collected quickly. A high quality job, would not hesitate to use again or recommend strongly.
I got in touch with this company through Check A Trade for a repair that required a Gas Safe engineer. The company made contact with me in a timely manner. Did a thorough quote that was reasonable. My job was booked in and the communication was great. Joe turned up within the time frame and completed the job with no fuss. Just cracked on. Would definitely use this company again.
I recently had JD plumbing & heating conduct a gas safety inspection at my home, and I was extremely pleased with their service. The engineer arrived promptly and was very professional and thorough.
