Emergency drainage work is the core of what this London specialist handles, and the accounts left by customers focus on how quickly blockages, burst pipes and flooding problems are resolved. Several reviewers describe call-outs answered within half an hour to an hour, including late-night and early-morning emergencies, with operatives arriving when they said they would. Philip is named repeatedly and is described as knowledgeable, experienced and professional, taking time to explain both the fault and the solution before work begins.

Customers mention being kept informed throughout, from the first phone contact to the explanation afterwards, and note that prices were described as fair and honest for the work carried out. Tidiness comes up often, with pipework and drainage areas left clean and the property returned to its previous condition, one household noting that water damage to their home was kept to a minimum. The team is also remembered for its courteous manner, particularly towards elderly residents, and for solving problems with determination. Blocked drains, dishwasher flooding and a burst pipe are among the jobs customers describe as being fixed on the first visit.
