Metroplumb were arranged through my Home Emergency insurance provider. Received a text stating they would attend by a specified time, no one turned up, contacted insurers again in the morning, and another visit arranged with time confirmed by text, no show again, tried the number on the text- not available, contacted insurers again for 3rd time who telephoned the company, who advised someone would contact me within 30mins, and arrange a another priority appointment. No call, no plumber, appalling service in an emergency.

I've used Metro plumbing for many years and always been happy with there work 110% won't use no one else.

The job was to replace a stop valve and to fit 2 isolation valves. Sam gave me a call 30 minutes before he arrived, he was courteous, respectful and did the job efficiently. Sam is a credit to the team! The bill was exactly as per quotation. An item for improvement is to confirm the job and arrival time the day before.

Sam came to fit a new mixer tap for the kitchen and sort out a leak on a toilet cistern. He did an excellent job for me and I will be happy to use him again for any future work. Thank you Sam 👍

Mitchell rang before arriving and was very efficient and quick in identifying the cause of our leak and repairing it. There was another contractor on site for something different and Mitchell advised us on additional questions to ask from them which were really helpful. Thanks for the extra tips!
