Joe came out to assess the job, gave us a quote and came back to complete it. He kept in touch, communication was great, and when he found he didn't need to do as big a job as he thought he might have done he reduced the price. Pleasant, polite, and a quick worker.

As we were about to go on holiday you assessed what was needed, gave an estimate of the cost and arranged to return and complete the job after our holiday. Fantastic service. I have to say probably the most efficient workman I have ever used. Outstanding job from start to finish. I just wish we found Joe sooner as using a flaky workman prior to fix our shower would have saved us £200 after having to buy a dodgy part for our shower which only lasted 2 months. Then we found Joe. Job priced up straight away. Communication was so refreshing. A text the day before as a reminder they were coming the next day with a time which he was very prompt. ( I was super impressed with this ) The shower was replaced with a gorgeous new hot shower that works like a dream. The fitting looks great on eye so tidy, neat and very modern. We are over the moon. Look no further and use this great company as we will now for all our plumbing needs. I would give it 10* if I could.
