Great service! Finished the job really quickly and cleaned everything up after, no mess left at all. Really happy with the plumbing work, would definitely recommend.

Don’t waste your time with these guys. Significant delay in receiving the initial quote after someone had come out to take a look at the work I want doing. I’ve then chased them twice in the past two weeks for a response to a query I had and they’ve completely ignored me. The fact that a prospective CUSTOMER is having to chase them in the first is ridiculous, but to not even get a response from them, despite me willing to give them almost £2,000 worth of business, is obscene. Suppose it’s a lucky escape on my part - I suggest anyone considering them looks elsewhere

A delay to begin with in ordering and communicating start date due to lack of communication with your staff, but the young man who eventually did the work was efficient ,

Plumber turned up on time, was polite, friendly and professional, cracked on with replacing shower unit. Was asked to fix a small leak under sink while here as instructed by Omnia, so they didn't have to send multiple contractors. After replacing shower unit he quickly identified and fixed leak under sink. Nothing seemed too much trouble. No leak under sink so far since being fixed and it's nice to have a working shower which he tested was working ok before he left. I am very pleased with the work so far.

The work was done within the estimated time, with minimal mess, and to a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to book them again. (Leak cured from the feed pipe that ran under the tray and floor board, and a replacement power shower fitted)
