After a freezing Friday night, decided to find someone who could help on a Saturday. Contacted a few 24/7 heating companies who wanted to charge ridiculous call out fees because it was a weekend. Found 123 Gas by luck and Jakub came through and saved the day. After some troubleshooting, Jakub found the issue and our heating issue was solved. Such a lovely gentleman. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service! Highly recommended! Jakub was quick, reliable and professional in fixing the old gas fired boiler in my new flat. I received the keys to my new flat just before Easter Weekend and unfortunately realised the boiler wasn’t working and it was freezing cold outside. After contacting several companies with no luck (long wait times until after Easter Holidays), I called 123-Gas Edinburgh and Jakub offered to come first thing the next morning. He arrived promptly on Easter Friday morning and within minutes identified the fault, fixed the boiler and the hot cylinder pump and soon after the heating was up and running. He did an excellent job and also took his time to explain how the heating system in my new flat works as it’s completely different to the systems in my previous flats. I can highly recommend Jakub if you want quick, professional and reliable service.

I had a boiler checked up, new thermostatic valves installed and radiator moved and reinstalled by Jakub. Radiator was installed incorrectly by another plumber and Jakub done excellent work to reinstall it to the highest standard.
