Thank you for repairing the accessible toilet at St. Mary's Episcopal Cathedral in Glasgow. It was broken on Friday morning and repaired the next day. I am extremely grateful for this, as we have several people in the congregation who need an accessible toilet. Tomorrow is Advent Sunday, the beginning of the Christian Year, and we expect to have a large number of people attending, especially for the Advent Carol Service at 5.00pm tomorrow evening. Call from neighbour this morning. He lives below my mum's flat. Water leaking into his kitchen from the ceiling. 1 Point Plumbing and Heating came really quickly. Friendly and helpful. Found the problem fast and fixed there and then. So impressed. Excellent service. Would definitely use again and recommend. Thank you 😊
Very fast service, even on weekends, all quotes and prices are transparent and it felt like the engineer was genuinely interested in solving the issue. Very trustworthy business. Would 100% recommend
I had emergency in my flat and I was out off town. My guest phoned me and told me there was no heating.I looked 1 point plumbing online and got intouch sent them the video of the issue two hours later Engineer showed up and fixed the problem. Sent me the video once it was fixed. Easy to communicate. both Engineering and the office kept me update (which not many company does this now days) and followed up once the work was finished. I would recommend them. No hidden fees there is a call out charge and will give you a quote before they start the work and payments are done once you are happy and work is finished.
I wasn't very impressed. Booked plumber to find out why water pressure is too low in my house. Scottish water had previously shown that supply is fine but that there's a 0.75 bar pressure drop inside the property. I expected the work to be exploratory in nature but plumber didn't include any pressure tests. Instead I got talked into replacing stop cock, which had no effect. Job was expensive and I am nowhere nearer solving the problem.
