Came on time and managed to fix and explained issues, giving tips on how to solve it ourselves next time, which was really appreciated. Thank you!

I called Caledonia Plumbing at 10pm on a Friday night to fix a leaking stopcock. After sending Derek a picture of the leak, he was out within half an hour. He fixed the problem quickly, and also fixed my malfunctioning hot tap (the reason I had turned the stopcock in the first place). Delighted with the service and price. Would recommend Caledonia to anyone.

Moved into a new house with wife and 4yr old and had issues with the boiler losing pressure constantly. Derek came out late in the day, spotted the leak on a redundant radiator pipe and capped it.. blead the radiators and got boiler back up and running. Good price for an emergency call out too. Highly recommend!
