The shower wasn’t working, so I called them and they came out quickly to sort it. Highly recommend this company great service.

I had water leaking from my ceiling, so I called FastFix Emergency Ltd. A plumber arrived within an hour and worked hard to locate the source of the leak. Although it was difficult to find at first, he carefully investigated and discovered that the problem was a faulty shower valve. He fixed it quickly and explained everything clearly to me. The company charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend FastFix Emergency Ltd.

Had a plumber out for a burst pipe. They were quick to respond, very professional, and got the job done perfectly. Highly satisfied 😊

Required plumbing support on a job our plumber could not attend. Issues had been inspected and identified prior to their arrival. The following issues arose; *They arrived and completed the work later than originally stated and stayed much longer than required. *They attempted to grossly overcharge (£650.00) for a freeze kit, a new flow isolation valve and a tap supply connector for a bath (under £150 in parts). When called out, they reduced the price drastically, immediately. *Anfew days later the same issue arose, in much worse condition. I contacted them to explain this however they refused to follow up / respond. *Upon completion, they claimed additional work was required, despite a full inspection being conducted before their arrival. *no proof of completed work was ever provided. Avoid using for anything more than basic emergency fixes and be mindful of them attempting to overcharge, add extra work or extra hours.

Came home from holiday to find we had a burst pipe. They came out within half an hour and repaired. Reasonably priced. Really happy with the service, would highly recommend
