Exceptional Service from Martin (Gas As You Go)! I honestly can’t recommend Martin highly enough. From the very first conversation, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s obvious that he has a wealth of experience, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood the work being carried out and that I was completely happy before he finished. Martin was able to fit me in the very next day, which was brilliant as I needed the job done quickly. He checked and professionally installed our freestanding cooker, supplying all the materials needed so I didn’t have to worry about buying anything myself. One thing that really impressed me was that he also fitted an anti-tip safety chain to the cooker to make sure it couldn’t topple over, giving me extra peace of mind that everything had been installed as safely as possible. It’s the attention to detail like this that really sets him apart. He carried out all the necessary gas safety checks and provided a Gas Safety Certificate, so I knew everything had been completed properly, professionally, and fully legitimately. It’s reassuring to have someone who clearly takes safety so seriously. His workmanship was excellent, he worked efficiently without cutting corners, and the price was more than fair for the quality of service provided. Finding someone who is reliable, experienced, honest, and reasonably priced isn’t always easy, but Martin ticks every box. I was so impressed with the service that I recommended him to my mum without hesitation. She had an integrated (built-in) cooker that needed installing, and Martin knew exactly what was required. He completed the installation perfectly and, once again, delivered a first-class service. She was just as pleased as I was and would also happily give him a well-deserved 5/5 rating. If you’re looking for a gas engineer who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, efficient, and genuinely takes pride in his work, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Martin at Gas As You Go. Fantastic service from start to finish, excellent value for money, and someone we’ll definitely be using again in the future!

Called Martin out to cap off my old gas hob, he is extremely helpful, polite and gave me a very reasonable price for the work. Recommend!

Martin picked up a job from my boiler service company who forwarded his details to me. I contacted Martin the following day, , my tenant contacted him the same day….. and guess what he fixed the faulty toilet flusher the same day!!! I was super impressed when Martin called to inform me the problem had been fixed. This is a first for me. Nice one Martin . I will def save his number for the future . I do recommend him to anyone who requires his services.

Martin from Gas As You Go came to do my annual boiler service through Ovo, I couldn't recommend Martin more highly, of all the services we've had done this was the best overall experience. I felt throughout the time he was at our home he was friendly, informative, explained in detail problems along with giving us honest guidance on boiler maintenance. Most services we've had seemed like the engineers wanted to rush the job and get out, but Martin didn't, I believe it's the first time we've had a filter clean too in many years - I weren't expecting it to be done. He even went above my expectations by advising on other things that needed to get sorted before unexpected problems occur and got the job done the next day. I will have no hesitation to call him again for future work needed. *****

I cannot recommend Martin more highly, who came out at 1am on Christmas morning to attend a leak I had from my boiler. He could just have turned off the water to solve the issue as using loud equipment at that time of the early morning not an option, then return on a working day to fix properly, but instead he manually drained the boiler, replaced the washer & I had everything fixed by 2am and also hot water/heating & running water over the holidays. I could not have been more grateful of his professionalism and perseverance to get to the bottom of the problem and fixing it.
