I messaged this company during the night about a non urgent boiler issue. Early the next morning someone messaged me on WhatsApp to try and run through some troubleshooting. When that didn't rectify the issue I was told an engineer would come to the house that afternoon, which he did. After a detailed and lengthy inspection the fault was identified. I asked for a quote to repair and one to replace as it was an old boiler. I got my quotes within the hour and decided on a replacement. The same engineer was back the next morning with a new boiler and spent the day installing it. The service was first class and I was very happy and the cost was better than reasonable. Definitely recommend these guys and wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Thank you!
Amazing service. Had an issue with plumbing under my sink. The team were very easy to contact over WhatsApp, responded quickly and had someone out within an hour. The guy who came out and fixed the problem was very polite and explained clearly everything that had likely caused the issue and sorted it quickly. There was also no hidden fees and I paid exactly what they had quoted during the original conversation. Would highly recommend and will be using again if I have any issues.
A lovely young man appeared very promptly and fitted a rodi water filter for me plus some new taps. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.
I had a burst kitchen sink tap that needed urgent attention, and the plumber provided excellent service. Communication was excellent from start to finish, keeping me informed throughout the process. They arrived promptly, quickly assessed the issue, and replaced the faulty tap efficiently. The work was completed to a high standard. Professional, friendly, and reliable service.
