Excellent service by Scott from the initial enquiry to completing the job. Provided easy Whatsapp service to confirm the job and provide details. Quickly resolved the issue and called me once completed to explain. Put a lot of confidence in my Mum thank you and she has kept your details now for other jobs. Highly recommend.
Outstanding service from start to end, and on a Sunday morning of all days. Had a broken pipe, very quick response to my email query and within 30 minutes Scott had arrived. He not only fixed the pipe and the mess but explained why it happened and advised on a long term fix as well as a short term work around. 10/10 would recommend.
We had a toilet that was draining slowly and after trying a few things to fix it ourselves, we decided to call this place. They showed up the morning after, fixed the issue very quickly and explained how the issue had occurred in the first place. Very kind and knowledgeable man who fixed our issue!
My mum had an emergency leak during the night, and they arrived first thing in the morning. The issue was fixed straight away with no fuss. Great service from Scott—professional, prompt, and very helpful. Thank you!
Called at 7am was with me at 7:30am. Hands on quickly found the issue and sorted. Definitely recommend these guys if you are looking for quick professional work doing.
I contacted Manchester Plumbers 24/7 365 after accidentally drilling into a radiator pipe. I called the evening before, explained the situation, and engineer Brian was very helpful—he clearly explained what to do in the meantime to manage the leak and reassured me he would come the next morning. He arrived early as promised and got straight to work. He carefully made a small opening in the wall, repaired and replaced the damaged section of pipe, and then neatly closed it up again. I was really impressed with how clean and professional the whole job was—I honestly expected just a pipe fix, but he went the extra step to leave everything tidy. The price was also very reasonable considering the work involved. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them.
Scott came quickly to fix a leak. He was very efficient and pleasant. Leak was successfully fixed and he took the time and trouble to message 24 hours later to check that it was no longer leaking. Would recommend
