Outstanding service from start to end, and on a Sunday morning of all days. Had a broken pipe, very quick response to my email query and within 30 minutes Scott had arrived. He not only fixed the pipe and the mess but explained why it happened and advised on a long term fix as well as a short term work around. 10/10 would recommend.

I contacted Manchester Plumbers 24/7 365 after accidentally drilling into a radiator pipe. I called the evening before, explained the situation, and engineer Brian was very helpful—he clearly explained what to do in the meantime to manage the leak and reassured me he would come the next morning. He arrived early as promised and got straight to work. He carefully made a small opening in the wall, repaired and replaced the damaged section of pipe, and then neatly closed it up again. I was really impressed with how clean and professional the whole job was—I honestly expected just a pipe fix, but he went the extra step to leave everything tidy. The price was also very reasonable considering the work involved. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them.
