Excellent service. Engineer extremely helpful and professional, giving me advice on basic boiler troubleshooting and care. He identified and fixed the problem with the minimum amount of fuss.
Both Kris and John done an amazingly good job unblocking my drain to get my toilet working again, very much appreciated thank you.
Paul and Kris were brilliant. They noticed the drain was blocked and requested a camera survey. They found a brick blocking the drain and pushed it out.
I paid £89 upfront for a boiler service by plumbcare. I was told that the engineer would be coming between 8am and 5pm. I took a day off work to ensure I would be home. I was advised I would be given 30 minutes notice when the engineer was on the way. I waited all day and when it got to 4pm I tried to call and ask where the engineer was to be greeted with an automated message advising that staff cannot give an ETA. At 4.30pm I was then called to be told that the engineer would not be attending as he needed to go home. I was told I could rebook if I wanted. There was no customer service at all so I asked for a refund. Again I had to chase this up as it took 5 days to be returned to my account. Unreliable company would not recommend.
Think VERY carefully before going with this company. Charged 100 quid upfront before they would come for blocked toilet - we have a family of 4 so a bit of a nightmare. Half hr here and assured it was 'fixed'. It wasn't. When asked them to come back essentially told tough, it would cost another 100 pounds to come out again. When we disputed this they said our case would be put to their 'surveyors' we never heard anything again. Avoid this uncaring company with woeful customer service.
