I am absolutely devastated that I trusted this company with my home. I called them out for what should have been a routine boiler service and minor pipe fix, but they left my property in a worse state than before. The engineer they sent was incredibly rushed, sloppy, and clearly didn't double-check his work. Within hours of him leaving, a faulty connection he worked on burst, causing a massive leak that flooded my hallway ceiling and ruined the flooring. When I frantically called their "24-hour" line for an emergency callout to fix their own mistake, I was ignored for hours and eventually told they couldn't get anyone back out until the next day. I've had to pay a completely different emergency plumber to stop the leak, and now I'm stuck with massive property damage and repair bills because of their sheer incompetence. Absolutely reckless service—stay away if you don't want your house ruined.

Exactly company and Asif and Big Mo were great. I have a previous plumber come unannounced and essentially did a runner without fixing the problem. But Asif and his partner quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Extremely knowledgeable, polite, and great job all around. Have requested those two for future plumbing help.

I requested a boiler repair in a pinch from this company looking to fix a leak. The repair man did not look very convinced he knew what the exact cause was and poked about for a bit then proceeded to charge an arm and a leg for what was next-to-no solution. Boiler still leaking pretty much instantly after and was told by customer service that it was effectively my fault for "not phoning them back immediately". It is also convenient that every response on google reviews is AI-generated (85-95% confidence from 5 different responses) and every review responded to at the exact same time. I would not recommend.

We needed a boiler service at short notice and Plumbers Glasgow were able to get someone out within 24 hours. Very impressed with the service and would recommend.

Blocked external drain - contacted yesterday afternoon and came straight back with quote saying guys could come today. They arrived bang on time, very friendly guys, cleared the blockage, got all 3 flats to test water flow from sinks. Hosed down surrounding garden area before leaving and all within about half an hour. Absolutely happy to recommend and number saved just in case I need to use the service again.
