I want to thank Ryan for coming out, had water ingress in my basement which has recently been converted and found the problem within 5 mins ! The main drainage pipe had several gaps and splits and even notified me of the public health act 1936. This ment because we had an older property which shared the drainage system it was classed as "section 24 sewers" and the water company was liable for maintenance and repair. They are now coming out to repair the damaged pipe, so thanks again Ryan !
Lewis did a great job when installing our new saniflo: good, clear communication and came back to sort an issue afterwards. Obviously someone who takes pride in his work. Thanks!
