This was my first time using Silverline Drainage but it certainly won't be the last. I called them on Good Friday with an emergency as the toilets were blocked and after lifting the drain cover discovering why. Karim arrived within 30 minutes, took one look and gave me a fixed price to clear it which I accepted, it was extremely reasonable considering it was a bank Holiday. He got the jet hose out and got to work, within 30 minutes he was packing his tools away and I had a nice clean free flowing drain again. I would 100% recommend Silverline Drainage to anyone having drainage issues and Karrim was polite and professional from the initial phone call to full completion of the job.
